What’s your process?
We have a streamlined process for meeting clients and managing projects that we’ve honed over the past 20 years. We’ve outlined it in detail on our process page, so clients know what to expect every step of the way.
How long is the design process?
There is no set timeline for projects. Based on the scale of the project, we work with our clients to establish a realistic timeline for completion.
How much will this cost?
During our first meeting with clients, we discuss the expectations of a client’s build, and work together to set a budget that our client feels comfortable with, and that we know can achieve their ideal.
We pride ourselves on our team’s ability to adhere to budgets, and maintain clear communication throughout a project.
What services do you offer?
We offer full-scale design for new builds and renovations.

Do you have a minimum project requirement?
Yes, our preference is for full-scale builds or full-scale renovations.
Will Tara oversee my project?
When a new client is brought on, a senior designer is assigned to their project. Tara oversees all plans, but your point person may or may not be Tara.
Do you do renovations or just full-scale builds?
Yes, we do renovations, however we typically only take on full home renovations.
Can you make my home turn-key?
Yes! Clients often ask for turn-key design, in which we cover every detail, from the mugs and plates in cupboards, to the wastebasket in the powder room. All you need to bring is your toothbrush.
Do you take on international projects?
Yes, we do. We’ve completed design projects all throughout North America. We love the opportunity to design for new environments and styles.
What should I bring to our first meeting?
Our hope for the first meeting is to discuss your expectations for the project, which includes timelines, budget, scope, and design. For discussions on design, any references you may have are welcome.
How involved will I be in the design process?
We encourage our clients to be as involved as they’d like. We love collaboration, but we also respect our client’s valuable time. When it comes to client involvement and collaboration, we take the lead from our clients.
Can I bring my own contractor?
Yes, if you have partners you wish to work with on the project, we welcome the opportunity to collaborate with your contractor and builders. We also have our own network of partners in the industry and will happily make introductions if you do not have your own team.
